Quilting: Patchwork Portrait using Foundation Paper Piecing In-Person
This Workshop will be run by Jane Halpern
Overview: In this 4-hour IAP class (spread over two days), you’ll learn to create a 12” square fabric portrait using your own choice of photo and free QuiltAssistant software. The portrait, when finished, can be appliqued onto another fabric project of your choice (such as a jacket or a pillow), quilted, or framed to hang on a wall.
Prerequisite: Participants must already have taken a basic sewing or quilting training at Metropolis.
