Ring turning with metal lathe In-Person

Learn to turn a simple ring out of aluminum and bronze on a manual metal lathe. This workshop will start with an introduction to the metal lathe from 1-2pm for all attendees. After that each person will have an hour long slot scheduled in the remaining 3 hours to turn their ring. Attendees only need to be present for the initial introduction and their one hour timeslot on the lathe. All materials are provided. Shop appropriate clothing is required (close toed shoes, no loose clothing, and nothing that you mind getting dirty).
